At Slidingwindow.in, all Aluminium windows, uPVC windows, doors, and blinds are custom-made as per customer measurements and specifications. Therefore, our return and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both customers and our company.



1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Measurement Visit

You can cancel your order free of cost if cancellation is requested before the measurement visit is completed.

Full refund will be processed.



Cancellation After Measurement Visit but Before Production

If cancellation is requested after measurement verification but before production starts:

  1. Measurement visit charges (if applicable) will be deducted
  2. Remaining amount will be refunded



Cancellation After Production Starts

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as the product is custom-made specifically for your size and specifications.

No refund will be applicable.



2. Return Policy

Since all products are customized, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted if:

  1. Wrong product delivered by Slidingwindow.in
  2. Manufacturing defect
  3. Product damaged during delivery or installation
  4. Product not matching confirmed specifications

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. Wrong measurement provided by customer initially but approved during final measurement confirmation
  2. Change of mind after production
  3. Minor acceptable variation (±2–3 mm tolerance)



3. Refund Policy

Refund will be applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Order cancelled before production
  2. Product cannot be delivered due to company limitations
  3. Verified manufacturing defect where replacement is not possible

Refund will be processed within:

7–10 working days

Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.



4. Replacement Policy

Replacement will be provided free of cost if:

  1. Manufacturing defect is found
  2. Product damaged during installation
  3. Wrong product delivered

Replacement processing time:

7–15 working days



5. Measurement Accuracy Policy

Slidingwindow.in ensures measurement accuracy through:

  1. Customer measurement entry
  2. Professional service partner verification
  3. Customer confirmation before production

Once production starts after confirmation, changes cannot be made.



6. Installation and Service Issues

If any issue arises after installation, please report within:

48 hours of installation

Our team will inspect and resolve the issue.
